Renewable Energy Straight from the Sun

Solar Panels

For a sustainable future

PV systems and solar panels

PV systems are becoming increasingly common in Europe. As the core of such a system, solar panels, typically mounted on roofs of the building or on ground scaffolds, are innovative devices that can convert the sun’s radiation into electricity. The energy produced in this way—of course, depending on geographical location, time of day and weather—is available in infinite quantities. The use of solar energy in this way does not cost money and does not pollute the environment, since no harmful substances are emitted during operation.

The operation of solar cells

How do solar panels work?

Solar panels constitute of cells. These cells, up to 156 on a solar panel, are exposed to the sun’s electromagnetic radiation, which produces a direct current through an electrochemical reaction. The direct current (DC) is routed to the heart of the system, the solar inverter, which converts it to alternating current (AC). This alternating current can now be used for anything in the household with our electronic devices and other machines. The remaining, unused electricity can be fed back into your local electricity provider’s system for compensation. There is also a possibility to operate off-grid, where the electricity generated is stored in batteries. However, this is typical only in justified cases (away from public utilities), due to the extra costs of batteries.

Risen Energy solar panels

Risen Energy is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of solar panels, and one of the pioneers of the solar energy industry.  Not only does it manufacture TIER 1 solar panels with outstanding efficiency, it also delivers end-to-end business solutions to every corner of the energy sector—whether for the residential, business, utility or investment segment.

The renowned company started its operation in 1986, and then began to expand its services to a global scale in 2010. It is at the forefront of research and development, striving for perfect quality with a strong focus on long-term product support. Thanks to this, Risen Energy has become the most significant and cost-effective company among its competitors. Due to its stable financial background and maximum commitment to clean energy, the manufacturer’s products may be an ideal choice.

This is why HRP Solar signed a partnership agreement with Risen Energy Co. Ltd., so, since May 2021, we offer a huge inventory as the Hungarian distributor of Risen solar panels.

Risen Energy Titan S series

Risen Energy RSM40-8-405M Mono 405 W solar panel

Risen Energy’s latest series of high-efficiency solar panels was launched in 2021: the Titan S.
The 405 W model of the Titan S series is based on large, 210 mm silicon boards and PERC cells, of which 120 can be found on each panel. The structure of solar cells made with PERC technology is completely different from traditional solar cells, offering much more efficient operation. The monocrystalline design of the panel also increases unit performance compared to polycrystalline solar cells. Thanks to this, its space requirement is also much more favorable, so we ultimately have to install fewer solar panels. The maximum efficiency of the panel is 21.1%, which is outstanding in the market. The maximum system voltage is 1500 VDC.

Innovation in the renewable energy market

DAH Solar PV panels

DAH Solar was founded in 2009. The company currently has an annual production capacity of 2 GW for PV modules and 1 GW for solar cells per year. In addition to the development and production of PV modules, it is involved in the construction, operation and maintenance of PV power plants.

DAH Solar is all about quality, creating something new, and putting an emphasis on research, striving to bring more valuable A-class PV panels to the market, and to share the advantages and successes with its partners.

Frameless design to prevent contamination

DAH Solar DHM-54X10-FS-410W Mono 410 W PV panel

The innovation of the Chinese panel manufacturer DAH Solar is the roof-mounted PV module, which is able to get rid of dirt on its surface with the help of rainwater, so there is no need to intervene to remove accumulating dust from the solar panels. The front side of the system is frameless, which serves to drain the precipitation. This solution can reduce the number of maintenance interventions and the chance of hotspots. The device can operate between -40°C and +85°C.

DAH Solar offers a 25-year performance warranty and a 12-year product warranty for the modules. In the first year, the degradation rate is only 2%, and in 25 years it should not fall below 84.8% of the nominal output.

Their Full Screen (frameless) 410 W model is based on 1722×1134×32 mm silicon boards, with 6×18 cells on each panel. The monocrystalline design of the panel also increases unit performance compared to polycrystalline solar cells. Thanks to this, its space requirement is also much more favorable, so we ultimately have to install fewer solar panels. The maximum efficiency of the panel is 21%, which is outstanding in the market. The maximum system voltage is 1500 VDC.

One third the size of conventional cells to reduce power loss

DAH Solar DHT-M60X10-460W Mono 460 W solar panel

Another innovation of the Chinese panel manufacturer DAH Solar is a PV panel which contains cells 1/3 of the size of the traditional ones, also reducing the maximum system current to only 8.71 A. With this technological solution, we can overcome the potential problems caused by high system current, and current loss can be reduced. The device is extremely resistant to harsh weather conditions and can operate between -40°C and +85°C.

DAH Solar offers a 25-year performance warranty and a 12-year product warranty for the modules. In the first year, the degradation rate is only 2%, and in 25 years it should not fall below 84.8% of the nominal output.

The 460 W model of the DAH Solar DHT-M60X10 measures 1903×1134×30 mm, with 6×30 cells on each panel, 180 in total. The monocrystalline design of the panel also increases unit performance compared to polycrystalline solar cells. Thanks to this, its space requirement is also much more favorable, so we ultimately have to install fewer solar panels. The maximum efficiency of the panel is 21.3%, which is outstanding in the market. The maximum system voltage is 1500 VDC.
